Located in the city center, within walking distance from the train station, with a modern nice interior and amazing balcony.
Communication with the host and management was slow and not very efficient. Several key amenities were not working upon arrival, including the coffee machine, TV access, and air conditioning. Although assistance was offered, these issues should have been resolved beforehand, and we did not have time to deal with repairs during our stay. It is also worth noting that guests are expected to wash and put back the dishes and take out the rubbish despite a cleaning fee being charged.

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica, con estacionamiento cercano (De pago), comercios a pocos pasos y una vista privilegiada al cartel de Cannes. El alojamiento es cómodo y práctico para disfrutar de la ciudad.
instrucciones para el wifi y la entrega/devolución de llaves no eran del todo claras, lo que generó algo de confusión. Además, la iluminación en las zonas comunes del edificio es muy limitada; de hecho, uno de mis acompañantes sufrió un pequeño esguince al tropezar en la oscuridad.

Poloha byla výborná, blizko kavaren, trhu i centra, prostorný byt
Bohužel zklamaní, na fotografiích, je byt plný lesku, foto vypadá jak upravené AI, protože ve skutečnosti zařízení odpovídá, ale je značně unavené, zničené. Úklid také nebyl nic moc, našly jsme špinavé prádlo po jiných lidech, chyběli skleničky i nůž v kuchyni. Doporučila bych opravu bytu, a kvalitní úklid. Majitel nám na vše napsal, že dekuje za upozornění - čekala bych jinou reakci.
