Great location, comfy mattresses, free tea and coffee and earplugs if someone is snoring next room 🌝
Please bring your own padlock if you want to store your valuables,
Check in process would be much more better if you could just pick up the keys from the locker or speak to someone in person rather than video calling support staff based in Thailand. The person was super nice and helpful but it was quite bizarre experience, we had no problem as we speak English but it might be stressful for someone especially if you are exhausted at the end of the day.
After setting up our beds there was literally no space to put backpacks next to it, I think this room should be for one person, not two.

Le concept est vraiment très bien et de qualité malgré le fait que cela fonctionne comme une auberge. Je pense que l’atmosphère dépendra beaucoup des clients et du respect des bonnes pratiques de chacun. Je pense que c’est le cas et que les équipes à disposition via des appels Visios sur tablette à la reception sont vraiment efficace et disponible.
On sens que les draps sont propre mais…. De légère odeurs nous ferait peut-être penser le contraire ? Rien de dramatique, juste si possible un axe d’amélioration à revoir pour le maintien de la qualité de se service facile d’accès et pratique.
Pas trop d’intimité mais c’est le principe d’un backpacker, client avertie 😇

Open space above the door could have been closed, towel was rather tiny (as a woman with long hair I bring my own towel anyway)

Nulla. Neanche il prezzo.
I bagni di fronte alla zona con il micronde e il bollitore neanche il peggior architetto ubriaco avrebbe mai potuto concepirli. Quando fai colazione, di fronte a te c'è qualcuno che fa la cacca, e viceversa. Lenzuola del letto non molto pulite, e zona letto angusta. Il self check-in della loro IT start up è però la ciliegina sulla torta. Bisogna mettere il proprio passaporto su un supporto fatto in casa abbastanza tagliente con il rischio di tagliare le pagine del passaporto. Poi bisogna fare una videochiamata con una persona che risponde in webcam e non aggiunge nessuna informazione utile. Tutto questa procedura è lunghissima e fa perdere davvero tanto tempo. Non essendoci nessuno in presenza, la gente fa quel che vuole, gente che fa baccano dopo le 10PM, gente che sbatte la porta alle 6AM. Ho dormito in decine di ostelli nella mia vita, ma mai mi sono sentito a disagio come in questo. Ah, poi però se gli metti la recensione positiva ti offrono un caffè della vending machine brandizzata Costa e un toast con marmellata.
