The staff couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable. The hotel is really lovely, the breakfast was great, pool area and spa fantastic. We travelled out of season but even though the waterparks were closed on a few occasions the staff put them on for our children which we really appreciated. As a women travelling with children without my husband I've never felt more supported and safe in a hotel. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our stay amazing.
I can't complain about anything, the hotel staff deserve five stars. If you travel to Albania be realistic about what you will find. The hotel is surrounded by building construction as the country builds its tourism industry. It's an exciting time to be in Albania.

This hotel was SO good! The staff upgraded our room for free, into a suite, which exceed our expectations! I was traveling with my mom, and it was the perfect present for this trip! The suite was very spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the pillows as well. The bathroom was huge, with all the amenities you might need. Locations was a 4 minute walk from the beach. The coffee at the bar downstairs was 10/10. It was a perfect 2 days that my mom and I very much needed.
The breakfast could be improved. There was not a lot of variety, and if you went closer to 10:00 (when it closed) the staff would turn off the lights on you. In the suite bathroom, in the shower, the floor underneath you was very slippery, could easily fall when is wet. Also a place to hang your towels in the bathroom is very much needed.

Personeel was erg onvriendelijk.

"Excellent facilities, spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had lots of nice added extras.
We loved the rooftop pool and restaurant. Watching the suns..."
