Beautiful cosy stay for our family close to the beautiful Sandy point beach and the Prom.

Location, spacious living and dining. Everything you needed for kids including toys , books, puzzles. Beds very comfortable and warm.

It's very hard to heat the house in the middle of winter. Maybe need to advise guests not to leave any food out overnight as ants come running as soon as there's a crumb ☺️

Overall a good spot good place.

Fire place, close to beach, rooms were very nice.

Ants in cupboards and there were mice.

Great spot for a family.

Lovely property, next to the shops and beach. Clean and very comfortable, lots of cooking equipment and a wood burner. Alex was very polite and responsive.

No aircon in the bedrooms so I imagine it may be quite unpleasant in the middle of summer. Backyard area badly needs to be levelled and landscaped.

Would have been great if the house was clean

Walking distance to the beach

On arrival the floors were filthy, also kitchen floor crawling with ants. 1 hour to clean this, this was most upsetting to clean on arrival especially with a a 9 month old baby. No broom no vacuum cleaner, had to use a dust pan!!! Floor rugs very dirty, full of dust, and dirt. toilet brushes x2 handles broken when you pick up to clean a toilet. All the skirting boards are dirty/layers of dirt. kitchen cabinets dirty, inside the kitchen cabinets dirty, some of the crockery and drinking glasses we had to wash prior to using.had to go purchase cleaning dish cloths, rubbish bags, as only 2 bags provided for 5 days.. 8 people. BBQ area !!! A joke, not able to use due to the bbq being absolutely filthy The outdoor setting covered in dirt, debris... spider webs, leaves, dirt Definitely not an invitation for out door dinning, we used the local bbq area, we were great full for this. Washing machine area OMG TOTALLY UNEXEPTABLE.. UNSAFE!!! The very large heavy door is hanging off 1 hinge "we chose not to put ourselves in harms way.... preventing any injuries!! Therefore we did not have sufficient bathroom essentials... ran out of clean towels, bath mats face washers. Single beds poor standard the kids felt spring digging into there bodies, windows so dirty, inside and out.
