The hotel was located in a clean and quiet area, several restaurants were around 15-minutes' walk (on College Road). The original room I was allocated had an issue with the door lock, but I was promptly transferred to another room which was large and comfortable. The staff were largely excellent, I would particularly like to thank Hasan (Front Desk) who was always available to help me and the young guy in Security who made me feel so welcome each time I returned to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast menu was limited but satisfied my requirements. I would stay again at this hotel.
The hotel restaurant dinner menu had very few options and nothing if you are vegetarian or vegan and almost nothing if you don't like chicken. Not all customer-facing staff can speak English which is an issue if the customer can't speak Urdu/Punjabi: upon checkout, it was claimed I had had room service which wasn't true and the staff.member was unable to explain (in English) what the charge.was for. In the end, I didn't pay it, but it would have been good to clarify the misunderstanding.

Overall it was a good stay and if they can improve in a couple of areas, i would stay there again. The room layout and the look of the room was nice. AC worked fine. Staff were very helpful. The location was excellent. They have a nice pool table and a separate cinema type area which would be nice if you were spending time in the hotel.
Breakfast was poor and not very hospitable. Ie no juices for breakfast, additional items had to be paid for. Everyone has to choose the same option, i.e. all have option 1 or all have option 2, It was very basic and on the tight side. The bathroom was clean but could do with an uplift. The shower had very little pressure. The room was clean, but they needed to clean under the beds, too. Small improvements like the above will go a long way and could then be considered to be 10/10 but not on this occasion.
