Great apartment with not the best owner.
Overall, it’s a nice property, but the owner is certainly not nice.
So, i am a heavy smoker, so i was searching for a room with a balcony in Skopje. I found this one and booked it. When we arrived there was no terrace, and the owner give us instructions so we can go to another appartment which we didn’t booked. When we entered, it was a different appartment, not the one that we booked. IT HAD NO BALCONY. I called the owner, he told me he did made a “mistake” and gave our appartment to other people. I asked him if he could do something, because this is not something that we agreed on, but he said sorry i can’t do anything, there are other people in the appartments and i can’t do anything. I said okay, although i was nervous about that, and he didn’t took any responsibility.
The next day, we asked him if we could checkout a little bit late, but he told me that sorry, i have other guests, can’t do nothing.
Basically, this owner just cares about the $ from the customers, and he’s not willing to take any responsibility when he obviously does a mistake. I wouldn’t be writing this review if the owner tried to compensate something :)
