It has everything we need
While cleaning services is provided with an additional fee, the least the property can do is to offer the facilities for cleaning (like vacuum cleaner or paper mop)… in the same principle there is a washing machine when new towels are not provided.

We liked the location of the flat and the ease of communication with the hosts, the flat is in a very good condition, cleaning was impeccable and all mentioned amenities were available. We were only few minutes walking distance from a metro stop and a convenience store is located conveniently just in front of the apartment building. It is situated in a quiet residential area, but you have few shops and restaurants near by. There is an elevator in the building which is very useful, as the flat is located on the 12th floor.

Amazing stay in Japan house, Tokyo! This accommodation was great, so clean, had everything we needed ! Very comfy bed and lovely quiet part of town; we only wish we had, had longer here!

Modern apartment with good communication via email. Self check in was flawless.
Some of the photos shown was not actually of the apartment we booked. I don’t want to appear negative but for a 6 night stay it would have been nice to have an actual dining table rather than a narrow bar and it would have been nice to have had somewhere to sit and relax rather than on the bed or on the 2 bar stools. There was no desk as shown in the photos and no iron as indicated. (We had to purchase an iron as we had a wedding to attend.) Im sure the larger apartments would have be more suitable but obviously more expensive. An enjoyable stay despite these issues as stated.
