If you're looking for a true Highland escape, surrounded by breathtaking nature while still enjoying every modern comfort, this is the perfect place to stay. Reached via a four-mile single-track road that winds over hills, past fields and alongside a river, the journey itself feels like part of the experience. The property is one of just four on the site, adding to the sense of peace and seclusion.
From the moment we opened the door, the house had a real wow factor. The enormous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is both stylish and welcoming, creating the perfect space to relax after a day exploring. The three bedrooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage throughout.
The kitchen deserves a special mention. It is one of the best-equipped holiday property kitchens we have come across in a long time, with everything you could possibly need. The south-facing patio is another highlight. When the sun is shining, it is a wonderful spot to sit outside, unwind and enjoy the sound of the nearby stream.
Despite its remote location, the house offers reliable Wi-Fi and a television with access to BBC iPlayer, Channel 4, ITVX and Netflix. There is also a thoughtful selection of board games, books, films and magazines, ensuring there is plenty to enjoy on quieter / rainy days.
What really made this property stand out were the small details. Every table, including the bedside tables, featured beautiful Scottish-themed coasters, which we liked so much that we purchased a set of Wrendale Designs coasters after returning home. The artwork throughout the house is lovely, the owners thoughtfully provided practical essentials such as extra bin bags, and the patio lighting adds a touch of magic in the evenings.
Above all, Rebecca and Neil were exceptionally responsive, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and care for their guests is evident in every aspect of the property. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Stunning, peaceful location. Excellent base for exploring the area including Ben Nevis. Large living area which was ideal for spending time with friends.
