The villa is surrounded by a very large garden with centuries-old trees; the large pool (15 x 7.5 m; 1.50 m deep) is located 100 m from the villa and offers shaded seating under a large pergola.

Guests can enjoy meals outdoors at the long table under the shaded loggia. Ample private parking is available for guests.

Location

The area where the villa is located is called Mugello and is known for its excellent climate. It is located in northern Tuscany, about 45 km from Florence, and borders the Emilia-Romagna region. The Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello racetrack is located nearby.

The nearby Lake Bilancino is also of interest to sailors and surfers. The villa is an ideal starting point for horseback riding, trekking, mountain biking, hiking, and motorcycle rides.

In the nearest village, 4 km away, you’ll find small shops and grocery stores. Guests have more options in Borgo San Lorenzo, 12 km away, where a variety of services and shops are available, and bus and train service is easily accessible.

The nearest golf club, Poggio Dei Medici, is an 18-hole championship course; the “Italian Open” was held here for four years.
