Trullo with a large attached home and private pool in the heart of Puglia.

Our restored trullo is a beautiful vacation home centrally located in Puglia (Southern Italy). It’s just a few kilometers from Francavilla Fontana, San Michele Salentino, and Ceglie Messapica. The private property is set in a 2-hectare olive grove and is fully fenced on all sides. Between the house and the outdoor kitchen lies the 10x4-meter swimming pool. The entire property has been furnished with great care and attention to detail and is equipped with all modern conveniences. This is the ideal location for one or more families to completely unwind.

Outdoor living takes center stage at this property. Under the spacious canopy right next to the pool, you’ll find the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and a spacious round seating area with a large table. There are also two large, luxurious double lounge beds and plenty of sun loungers around the terrace.

The Trullo can accommodate up to 10 people. In the center of the house, you’ll find the kitchen-living room, fully equipped with all appliances and a bar table surrounding the cooktop. You can also relax here in the spacious sitting area. The main house features two large master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The passageway from the main house to the Trullo is furnished as a children’s room with a bunk bed, toilet, and sink.

Once you arrive at the Trullo, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time! The Trullo has a spacious double bed and a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. There is also a private entrance to the Trullo from the front. The bathroom in the Trullo is equipped with a shower, toilet, and double sink. Furthermore, the entire house is air-conditioned (except for the children’s room)
