The house is exactly as pictured. The splash pool is wonderful. We never used the jacuzzi but it felt warm. Having the pool company twice a week was great. Two of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The front bedroom has it's own air conditioner that works great! The back bedroom with the king size bed didn't cool as well but that's probably because it has sliding glass doors that lead to the pool. It has a great ceiling fan so it wasn't an issue for us. All in all, this is a great house! We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we had a good stay. The property was clean, well stocked with the essentials, and matched the description in the listing. The pool was a bit smaller than the photos made it appear, but it was still enjoyable. The mattress in the front bedroom wasn’t particularly comfortable, although I can’t speak to the other bedrooms. The couch was also showing some wear. That said, everything functioned as expected and we had no major issues. The home offered good value for our stay, and overall we were satisfied with the experience.

I was hesitant to write this because we usually do not have any issues, or at least if we do they are taken care of right away. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this home. First of all, I think people probably treat this home like a party house and that's just sad. I realize sometimes owners may not even be aware of certain things so I do like to share when we get to the home anything we see just in case. The AC system was not working when we arrived. We tried messaging the host, tried calling the host and couldn't even leave a message...crickets. It kept shutting itself down and restarting but not blowing cold air. My husband and the other dad in the house brainstormed and figured out it was the drain line. So after about an hour of doing what we could to flush it/clean it out with warm water it finally started working. Host did not seem too concerned when they finally messaged back. The added room/formerly garage has a wall unit which we just kept that running and blowing into the main areas as best as possible. The freezer drawers were put in backwards so it wouldn't close correctly-we fixed that and a few other minor things. We thought there was no hot water which to our fault the handles are opposite what you think so just good to know. Be prepared to clean up iguana poo on the pool deck, I get it, they roam the area though.Needless to say we left the property cleaner and in better condition. I'll leave it at that since I'm limited on words.
