The host is super nice and friendly. He cares about every details in the house and he gave us really useful tips on Seville. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay.
The apartment is not in the city centre but you can reach the main attractions with a convenient bus which is only 5 mins walking from the apartment or by foot in roughly 20 mins. The only "issue" is the parking. If you have a car it's really tough to find something without paying a lot of money.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 3 jours.
L'emplacement est à 300m du métro ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre en 10 mn.
Victor nous a donné de bons renseignements et a toujours été à l'écoute. Merci beaucoup.
L'isolation acoustique intérieure est un peu légère.

The place was great, organized, vert very veeeeery comfortable, we were two and It was like a palace, thats the best description, incredible value!, well equipped for long stays.
A little noise outside as they were making some construction but it didn't affect our stay, I'm just trying to mention something.
