We appreciated the size of the apartment and the quiet, close proximity to the train station. The apartment is in an unattractive old building on the 2nd floor (3 flights up) and is as pictured, clean and spacious. A video sent via WhatsApp showed how to find the apt, the code for the key box and the wifi. There is a DM grocery market a couple of short blocks away. We only stayed overnight before a cruise so can’t speak to the neighborhood. I would stay there again.
The unattractive look of the building the apartment is in, that’s all we could say as a downside.

Good room and kitchen
It was close to the train station, but if you want to go to the port with luggage, it’s too far to walk. You’ll need to take a taxi, which costs more than €40.
