Staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and well maintained
Everything was good, except there was a rat inside the bathroom:’) Although we were given another room immediately after letting the staff know this should be taken care of so it doesn’t happen again

Rooms though small is maintained clean and neat. Entire property is well maintained. In heart of the city, close to food street and famous Subramanya Temple.
Check in time and Check out. Booked through Booking.com and it had mentioned early check in , but hotel refused to accommodate the request to check between 11 to 12 , the negative point is Check in is at 1pm and Check out at 11 am.
