Loved having a lower unit this time and we really like the 2BR for our visits. Generally speaking everything is very clean and well maintained. New and clean appliances, bathrooms are very clean.
The MBR bed had people hair in the bed which was not good and with such nice units, just having decent sets of towels would be appreciated. We bring towels knowing but it’s a simple fix that means a lot to patrons.

I’m very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, comfort, service, and overall experience.

Great small place, for a great price. Very centrally located so easily to get anywhere within Philly!
The fire alarm went off in the adjacent building from 3 am to 5:30 am. Since it was fairly loud, it woke my husband and I up. I finally called 911 at 5 am, and the building alarm was turned off 15-30 minutes later.
Because of how close adjacent buildings are, it might be worth installing acoustic noise panels or more insulated windows!

Size
Dust every where. Dirty around dishwasher. Curtains did not fit and not very efficient. Sheet on bed too big, so creased.
