The apartment is spacious well kept and very clean. The information at hand in the provided booklet in the apartment is very useful. We communicated via text but we're still made to feel very welcome.
I noticed 1 bad review of the place so kept an open mind. The person must have been a total idiot. One thing I noticed in a few reviews was ""the windows are dirty."". NO they are not. This is a sea front property with fantastic views. However as it is on the front the windows get battered with fine grains of sand which over time etches the glass to make them a little blurry.
I would be more than happy to stay there at anytime.
Lack of parking. Ok you can drop your stuff off using the old closed M&S loading area but then it's a long walk back from any carpark. Most carparks in Weymouth are max 3 hours except the multistorey which someone told me was £88 for the 4 days they stayed. However they were in a hotel and got a discount of 50% so £44. We would have had to pay full price. We had to park in the pavilion carpark which is £15.80 a day so £63.20 this is a massive extra expense especially when the weather is bad and you end up like drowned rats walking 500 yards to get back to the apartment or fetch the car to pack your things. On the front it is permit only or disabled which has specific time slots. It seems Weymouth council does not want visitors to come and spend money in the town to help it flourish. We loved the apartment but I'm sorry to say that as it stands we will never visit Weymouth again.

The location was excellent. Some minor maintenance is required to clear blocked drain in bathroom and replace light over bathroom sink. Perfect summer holiday short stay apartment. Didn’t need a car. Bella’s cafe downstairs has fantastic food. Very easy to get a cab. Everything otherwise within easy walking distance.
The windows have aged and are opaque. About 50% need to be replaced. Spoils great views of the terraces and bay.

The bed was very uncomfortable, there was poo stains in the toilet that we had to clean, the push button on the toilet cistern is broken, the windows are very dull and dirty so unless the windows are open we couldn't see the view, a bag with someone else's clothes hangers and tags left under the sink on top of the bin, parking was a nightmare and very expensive. I wish I had taken some photos to show, but unfortunately I didn't.
