Cozy, quiet and good location
Not too many amenities

Otter Creek wasn't "fancy," but it had all the necessities we needed. It was very clean which is #1 when we look for a place to stay. There was a small coffee pot and a refrigerator. The inn was so close to town that you could walk. There are several restaurants nearby.
The most awkward thing was the sink being outside of the main bathroom.

Office for registration was not on site. Street name was given for another motel for check-in, taped inside the window. A map in the vacant office would have been helpful. Had to ask someone for directions to second motel many blocks away (Cap’t Thomason’s Resort).
