Breakfast was good, adequate food, simple choices.
Room, bed, bath etc. were comfortable.
.
The actual location those days was a serious problem. This wasn't the fault of the motel because there was city road construction that literally made access to the motel impossible. The main road was completely blocked and how to navigate to parking and hotel office was a mystery. Perhaps some signage or email/text directions would have alleviated the confusion.

We got the King room and it was great. Very spacious and clean and the bed was GREAT!
Proximity to the elevator made it interesting with the very excitable guests. But they all kept it down after 11 so it was still fine
