About this apartment rental
This newly remodeled 1-bedroom apartment is ideally located on via degli Avignonesi, midway between Fontana di Trevi and the A line subway stop Barberini in central Rome. The National Gallery at Palazzo Barberini, Fontana del Tritone, via Veneto, the Spanish Steps, the Column of Marcus Aurelius or the Capuchin Crypt are all within walking distance, with other such landmarks as Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, or Piazza del Popolo easily reachable via public transport! This accommodation can sleep up to 3 people, thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The living room features an adjoining kitchenette, equipped with a gas-powered oven and stove, fridge and freezer, a toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. Pots, pans, cutlery and other kitchen utensils and essentials are all available. The dining table in the living room can sit up to four people and comes complete with a smart TV and A/C unit. Additionally, a WIFI connection is freely available to our guests. The bathroom features a large shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine - for your own laundry needs while in Rome! In the large bedroom, a luxury double bed with a memory-foam mattress awaits! The room comes complete with a baggage rack and a large closet. You can find an ironing board, iron and clothesline in one of the compartments there. The apartment looks out on the lovely via degli Avignonesi - a quiet alley where famously Roberto Rossellini shot part of one of his masterpieces, Rome, Open City. A few spas and excellent level restaurants are in the immediate area. The decor for the apartment includes original photography works by Chiara Papaccio, a portion of a much bigger project, 10 years in the making, on unusual views of Italy.

Spacious and clean apartment. Close to shopping and short walk to the Trevi. Perfect for our stay. Host was very responsive!
