In the heart of the 19th arrondissement, just a stone’s throw from the canal and the park, a lively Sunday market, and great restaurants, our charming 44 m² apartment with a sunny balcony offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris.
Ideal for a couple, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and is accessible by elevator.
The apartment includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.
We especially love spending time on the balcony, as well as the fact that it’s located in a lively, working-class neighborhood with excellent public transportation access.
During your stay, you’ll have access to: Dishwasher, Oven, Iron, Wi-Fi.
The apartment is located near the “Crimée” metro station.
For your daily shopping needs, you’ll find a “Lidl” supermarket a 3-minute walk away, a Moniprix 5 minutes away, and right near the apartment there’s both a small Auchan and a small market on Tuesdays and Fridays. Less than a 10-minute walk away, along the canal, there’s a larger market on Thursdays and Sundays. If it’s in season (September–June), you can also enjoy oysters at the market on Sundays.

- the Bassin de la Villette (10 minutes away);
- La Gare/le Gore, a jazz bar upstairs and a club downstairs (7 minutes)
