This amazing location is 10 min away from Crystal Mountain, 20 min from Lake MI, and close to many wineries and distilleries. It's a stunning location for your up north get away.

We have stayed in a lot of VRBs and this is one of the best. Very clean. Up to date interior. Beautiful setting. Hope to return.

The cabin and property are wonderful We were floored when we arrived, as the pictures do not fully do it justice. Very clean and cozy cabin renovated beautifully with a clean, bright and modern look. The screened in porch overlooking the river was great for reading and playing cards and listening to the birds and rain. We fly fished the Betsie river out back for trout and relaxed afterwards on the river deck in the evenings. Being pet friendly is a must for us so that is another big plus for this great little cabin. A visit to Iron Fish Distillery nearby is a must for great food and bourbon 🥃 Highly recommend

Very charming cabin by the river which had been remodeled. However, upon arrival, snow covered the walk paths and outdoor furniture. It would have been nice if someone had taken care of this detail. Cleanliness is an issue as pet fur is on most of the bedding and furniture. The pillows are absolutely horrible. They are stained and smell like dirty hair. The electric heat is a nice idea in theory, but not for Northern Michigan. The units struggled to keep the cabin warm. The wood burning stove would have been fantastic if we could have used it. Furthermore, I don’t know how this is advertised for up to six adults. There is one king bed and a pull out couch. This is four people maximum. The pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable. This needs to be remedied. All rooms lacked proper window coverings. At the end of our stay we washed all of the towels, and vacuumed and swept, leaving it immaculate. It was definitely cleaner than when we arrived. Overall this place has a lot of potential, however it appears as if the owners aren’t present to see to these details. Hired help rarely makes somewhere fantastic.
