This exclusive private space, with breathtaking views, consists of a spacious bedroom featuring a desk area separated from a second room—which includes a sitting area and a comfortable double sofa bed—by a sliding wooden partition. The spacious layout, the private bathroom with a shower, and the 20-square-meter private terrace—from which you can enjoy views of the sea—make this room the perfect family suite.
The first floor also features a panoramic terrace accessible via both the internal staircase and an external staircase. Go up one more level and you’ll find the second spacious terrace, which offers a splendid 360-degree panorama overlooking the countryside, the sea, and the picturesque town of Noto.
The outdoor area features a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an outdoor seating area. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with lounge chairs. There is also a vegetable garden filled with aromatic herbs and seasonal vegetables.
