Welcome to your exclusive vacation home! This spacious 145 m² duplex apartment spans two floors and offers the highest level of comfort for an unforgettable stay on the Baltic Sea.
The stylish vacation apartment features two spacious bedrooms, two elegant bathrooms, and a private sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the surrounding area. The bedroom on the lower level offers direct access to a beautiful terrace, while the bedroom in the attic has direct access to the spacious rooftop terrace.
The light-filled living area, featuring high-quality furnishings, also opens onto the spacious rooftop terrace, which offers a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Binz. A modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
Additional convenience is provided by a lockable outdoor storage room with space for bicycles, as well as two electric rental bikes available for your use during your stay. Parking for your car is also available.

On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer prior to arrival. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys will be handed over in person on site. A visitor’s tax of €3.40 per person (ages 2 and up) per day is payable on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request.A parking space is available free of charge in front of the house.
