Save your money and find another apartment! NO HOT WATER!

Clean apartment. Nice location.

1. Broken instant water heater. On our first day, after a long journey, we checked in and had hot water for exactly two minutes. We told them that on the water heaters screen is written F29 and asked them to check it the next day. After our walk the next day, there was still an issue. They responded quickly (I've attached a screenshot of our conversation) and claimed that someone had come to inspect the water heater and that everything was working fine. That may have been true at the time, but clearly, it didn't last. After that, they essentially left us to fend for ourselves. Throughout our stay, we were forced to shower in cold water, and I completely gave up on washing my hair. This was an extremely unprofessional way of handling the situation. It was obvious that they didn't particularly care about the fact that a basic necessity in the apartment wasn't working. 2. It seems they had problems with the pipes as well, because water was seeping through the tiles, and random puddles kept appearing on the bathroom floor, near the toilet and sink. We wiped them up the first time, but just 30 minutes later, another puddle had appeared, even though we hadn't used any water or made the floor wet. 3. Inconvenient shower setup: The shower consisted of a handheld showerhead with no proper holder. Instead, they had awkwardly wedged it into the shelf. 4. Insufficient cutlery: There were only around 20 plastic knives and 4 forks. They clearly hadn't bothered to provide enough cutlery, and there were no spoons at all. 5. No toilet paper. 6. Another pointless amenity was the iron. It's nice that they provided one, but the plug wouldn't fit into any of the electrical outlets in the apartment. Either the iron didn't work at all, or it was simply impossible to plug it all the way in. Overall, it really felt like the hosts didn't care much about their guests' comfort or about maintaining the apartment properly.

Very fine apartment

Great location, balcony and beds. Clean and cozy.

Nice place in a great location!

Location was great - just a short walk to the dining entertainment district on the canal.

No lights in the stairwell made it a bit tricky to find the door. Once we got the system figured out it worked well though.

Lieu proche du super quartier Navigli. Tramway 2 à votre porte. Appartement tres propre, spacieux.
