Value for money. It's not Shangri-la standards but it's clean and comfortable. Worth the money

Easy.. Get in. Get out. No fuss

Nothing much

Lousy, for the money that the owner asked, I could have book a nice motel unit nearby. not worth

nothing much I like. I did not know the owner is staying in the property and we feel uncomfortable. The picture I saw on the booking.com is much tidy. when I arrived, they are bedsheets on the rack in the living room for drying. it is untidy. There is some error of miscommunication in the process of booking and the owner told us to pay additional $100 cash.

In the booking process, I am not made aware of the owner is living in the house. I feel the advertisement script should be made clearer. the booking of number of room within the same property is ambiguous and as a result it is very difficult for us to verify and we just have to pay additional $100 upon asking.
