Subject: Urgent: Request for Refund Due to Unavailability of Agoo Homes in Ajman, UAE – November 29, 2025
Dear Booking.com Customer Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with a reservation I made for Agoo Homes in Ajman, UAE, on November 29, 2025. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely frustrating, and I am requesting an immediate refund for the booking.
Upon arriving with my family (10 adults and 5 children), we faced the following issues:
Incorrect Location Information: The location map provided was entirely inaccurate, and there were no clear landmarks or directions to guide us to the property. This caused us significant inconvenience, as we were unable to locate the accommodation.
Unresponsive Support: Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the property for assistance, none of our calls were answered. This lack of communication left us stranded without support or direction.
Unavailability of the Property: As a result of these issues, we were unable to stay at the property, and we had no choice but to return home, leaving our entire vacation plans in ruin.
Given the above circumstances, I kindly request that you process a full refund for this booking at the earliest, without any further delays. This experience has caused considerable frustration, and I expect a prompt resolution.
I look forward to your immediate response and action on this matter.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.
