One night stop in the way to home

Location - practically main centre, parking was included, very clean and big rooms, coffe machine, airfryer, balcony

Very narrow stairs to the apartment

Great value for money.

Difficult to get through to a human being when needed help with finding breakfast location that was in another location, and check out (delivery of the key). AI hotline is ok but there should be a possibility to bypass directly to an operator especially when AI only responds in German and not in English. Alternatively a bit more clear instructions in the App about breakfast location and about check out drop box (that you still need the PIN code) I would be helpful. Once we managed to get through to the operator things have been solved in no time. That is the only feedback we have on the things that could improve.

Recommend!

Location was a win! It was great that we could drop out our bags from car just by the appartment entrance even though we didn’t use the parking during the stay.

We had to keep doors and windows opened all the time- there was this specific aroma that felt quite disturbing.

Great stay

We are here for the brockenbahn. The location was great, around 15mins by foot to wernigerode hbf (brockenbahn station is just beside the hbf). The house was clean while the apps and hotline was very helpful :)

Все було чудово, наявність кухні, посуду та кавомашини дуже вразило, було чисто та охайно, всього вистачало, залишився дуже задоволений, з радістю повернувся би

Все було добре

Top Lage in der Innenstadt, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles da was man braucht. Das Bett im SZ ist groß genug, aber nur von einer Seite besteigbar. Aber für 1 Erwachsenen und Kind o.k.

Der Parkplatz auf dem Hof war sehr eng.

Posizione centralissima, appartamento accogliente e pulito. Ottimo!

Gute Lage

Die Räume rochen extrem unangenehm selbst nach langem Lüften
