Nice safe neighbourhood with a market and a bakery. The train station is 500 metres from the hotel. Clean room with a lot of space, small kitchen, hot water in the shower, heated towel rail, motorised blackout roller blinds. It was very warm in the room.

It’s not a hotel. Just some rooms for rent in a senior living facility. We had a little problem of finding it because the real signboard has different name on it, so we walked inside to ask if we were in the right place. Check-in time is only till 20:00, so if you’re planning to return to Paris afterwards, that could be a loss of time. Some necessary things were missing, like hairdryer, tissues and dishwashing liquid and sponge. But the worst part is that this accommodation is located near the train tracks and it is awfully loud every time the train arrives or departs, which is like every 5-10 minutes. Even closed windows didn’t help and this was causing a little trouble with falling asleep.
