Great for our party of 7 ranging in ages from 2 to 70

The property is located right off the freeway making it great for hopping around town. There is a short walk to the beach, but with all the cliffs eroding you have to walk a little further to be able to access the beach. The house itself had comfortable beds, plenty of seating, things to keep the kids occupied, and most everything you need in the kitchen. The hot tub was warm and great after a long day of walking around LegoLand (which is a 7m drive).

The beds were a little firm for some of the people in our party and the kitchen had no linens, such as hand towels, or a dish drying rack/mat.
