Location was convenient, staff was excellent, communication was very good, nice rooftop terrace, A/C, beautiful restored property
Not enough air flow in kitchen/living areas, needs to have A/C. Couch was uncomfortable to sit on.

We love the fact that you have a washer n dryer. Unfortunately we arrived late n left quickly day n did not have a chance to enjoy the courtyard
The extra bed was very uncomfortable n there should be a top sheet which is unsanitary.

Apartment looks beautiful and is in an incredible historic building that has been well restored. Very close to the centre of Puebla, which is a beautiful town. There is a laundry available for guests use which is a great bonus when travelling.
The apartment did have an odd, metallic drain smell that we think came from the air conditioning unit in the bedroom. We mentioned it to staff and were given an air freshener. Unfortunately the room was quite stuffy without AC so we had keep it on and get used to the smell! The apartment is obviously usually let out via AirBnB so the staff assumed we'd had lots of instructions and 'rules' prior to check-in which we hadn't been given.
