Beautiful clean villa nested on the hills with a pool and great views and sunsets. Easy walk to Assos beach. Cute little village with restaurants and shops. Easy day trip to other busy places of kefalonia. Great base away from other busy hot spots of Kefalonia. The host greeted us when we arrived and helped with our bags as there are stairs to the villa. He showed us around the villa and we were spoilt with treats, wine, and bread for us to use which we appreciated very much. Highly recommend this villa we would definitely stay again.

Amazing views. Couldve spent the entire day just looking out
I’d say it’s a tad too expensive. Price was insane compared to a 5 star hotel. Great place but price should probably be more around 400-500 eur a night especially considering there are no real amenities

A brand new beautiful Villa with an amazing sea view 5 minutes walking from village center. Host is very friendly and did everything to make us feel at home. We had an amazing relaxed 5 days and we wanted more...
Water in faucets undrinkable and salty (in all the village)... it would be nice i f they would add a filter to make it less salty but it's not a big issue. Also, more shade in the pool area would be nice...

Villa Theoni was amazing on all levels! The location (literally 2 mins from Asos harbor), the views (unparalleled!) and the overall facilities/layout. The owner was super helpful and incredibly courteous, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Will definitely be back!
