Attentive & responsive owner (even offered to order Grab food on a rainy night).
Arranged motorbike rental, as & when required.
Quiet street but 5~10 minutes walking distance to everywhere.
Nothing. Everything was GREAT.
To those with big luggage, there is no LIFT (but not a problem for me).
The owner burns incense/aroma sticks, but the overall indoor atmosphere is okay for me.

They did laundry for free, the owner was pleasant to deal with
The bed was uncomfortable, I could hear traffic outside, there were 4 flights of stairs with no lift, there was loads of leftover food in the fridge and cupboards, the shower was inconsistent

"The lady owner Thanh is very helpful. She welcomes us on arrival, helped us to manage our laundry with the shop near by without any extra top up. The room is great, clean and walking distance to night..."
