Most restful and enjoyable stay

Nice place. A shame of how dirty the stay was which was a health hazard

The property was close to the city. It had multiple bathrooms and amenities. It was new and spacious.

We had a lot of issues from the previous guests and cleanliness of the property which was a shame. It would have been a lovely stay minus the disgusting behaviour of the last guests and lack of cleaning of the property. First of all someone punched a hole in the wall before our stay. It wasn’t fixed but management are aware. The lounge smelt so bad we could not sit on it during our stay. Even after having it cleaned it still has body odour smells. There was multiple make up and red stains on the walls and carpets. Particularly in the bathroom which looked like blood. It was also in the cupboard. The door to the bedroom was broken and slamming against the bedroom all night. I couldn’t sleep the room was noisy and bright as well. The sliding door was taken off on request and left taped broken for the stay. We found someone’s gold rings in the bedroom on arrival. We found someone’s hair in the cutlery drawers. After saying to the management the walls and carpet needed cleaning, they are still filthy when we checked out. After multiple phone calls I gave up and checked out with the same filth we walked into.

Poor management but good facilities

It’s got 4 toilets. The property is relatively new but can be a bit noisy during the night.

Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing and poorly managed from start to finish. After a long drive to Adelaide with two children, we arrived to find that the check-in instructions were incomplete and inaccurate. The instructions stated that access to the property required a black remote to open the front gate, but no such remote was provided with the keys. As a result, we could not drive our car into the property and were left stranded outside, having to ask neighbours for help. When contacting the property’s support line, the staff were unfamiliar with the property setup and unable to provide immediate assistance. We were told to enter the property and search for the remote ourselves, as they did not know where it was. During this process, the security alarm was triggered, and we were not provided with the alarm code. The alarm continued loudly while we were repeatedly placed on hold. An incorrect code was given, and the issue was only resolved because a neighbour intervened and provided a default code they were aware of. Without neighbour assistance, the situation would have been unresolved for an unacceptable length of time. Due to the access failure, we were forced to park off-site and negotiate reimbursement, which should never have been necessary given that the issue was entirely caused by the property’s failure to provide correct access equipment. A remote was eventually delivered much later, after significant stress and delay. During the stay, communication remained transactional and unhelpful. Even basic requests such as extra quilts were met with an additional charge, despite the booking being for two adults and two children and the earlier service failures. Most concerning is that a $200 damage deposit was taken, and six days after checkout it has still not been refunded, with no clear communication or explanation. This raises serious concerns about management practices and transparency.

Beautiful fresh apartment, close to South Terrace

The apartment is beautifully appointed, with lovely bathrooms and handy washing/dryer. The location is great, easy walking distance to South Terrace and the South City tram stops.

The apartment is split over three floors. This was OK for me (few grumbles from others), but I missed this in the description, so it could have been a mobility issue.

The apartment is beautifully appointed, with lovely bathrooms and handy washing/dryer. The location is great, easy walking distance to South Terrace and the South City tram stops.

The apartment is split over three floors. This was OK for me (few grumbles from others), but I missed this in the description, so it could have been a mobility issue.
