Eher Monteurunterkunft als Ferienwohnung für Familien. Hier unserer Mängelliste – unerträgliche Zustände der Ferienwohnung
1. Massiver Schimmelbefall (Grün/Grau/Schwarz) in der hinteren Ecke des letzten Zimmers, der den Raum komplett unbewohnbar und gesundheitsschädlich macht.
2. Deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke – ein absolutes No-Go in jeder Unterkunft.
3. Defekte Klospülung, die ständig hängen bleibt.
4. (Nicht nur) Der Fönhalter fällt einem buchstäblich entgegen, sobald man ihn nur ansieht.
5. Beide Türklinken des Badezimmers fallen heraus – absolut inakzeptabel, vor allem wenn sich Kinder einschließen und anschließend nicht mehr selbst aus dem Bad herauskommen.
6. Dreckige Bettlaken im vorderen Zimmer – ein hygienischer Albtraum bereits bei der Ankunft.
7. Die durchgelegenen Matratzen wären schon ärgerlich genug, doch das gebrochene Bett, von dem wir nicht informiert wurden, machte das Bett unbenutzbar.
Dadurch waren wir gezwungen, Betten zu tauschen, um nicht im schimmelverseuchten Raum schlafen zu müssen.
8. Überall deutlicher Schmutz: stark verdreckte Türleisten, Fenster voller Schlieren, ungepflegte und ungewischte Böden und allgemein nur oberflächlich gereinigte Flächen.
9. Schimmelnde Silikonstreifen an den Fenstern, die deutlich zeigen, wie lange hier schon nicht ordentlich gepflegt wurde.
10. Unzureichende Küchenausstattung, die nicht einmal annähernd für die Anzahl der möglichen Gäste ausgelegt ist, z. B. 4 Kaffeelöffel für 7 Gäste, von den Gläsern erst gar nicht zu reden.
