Very good value for excellent accommodation.

Washing machine, very good facilities, comfortable and clean.

Didn't get the property I paid for, replacement was dirty, no apologies given. Stay away.

I was messaged off of Booking and in Whatsapp, told the apartment wasn't ready due to "an issue", proposed their alternative property in Via La Marmora. Accepted despite being a cheaper option, with less amenities and quite far from what I booked...just to be accommodating. Ended up in a place that hasn't seen a mop in ages, dirty and badly kept. Leftover food from previous guests (the calcified and moldy instant coffee took the crown!), empty boxes of appliances inside the wardrobe, shower in disrepair, filthy appliances...the list goes on. Walking from the bedroom to the bathroom barefoot, for 3 metres, ended up in my feet being completely black...it was disgusting and I only realised in the morning. Photos will not do justice to it. I didn't enjoy my late check out and breakfast there because there were no available cutleries and dishes: everything was still inside the washing machine, unwashed, and it stank like someone died in there. When I flagged the issues to the host, I got a very cold response, no apology and no refund, instead got the claim that "we already gave you late check out and we will spare you the tourist tax". They dumped the issue on 'the cleaning crew' and only 'apologised' when I pushed back. Of course, I didn't do a late check out and left earlier. The reason I didn't pay my tourist tax is because they never officially registered me: they didn't take my documents, which is illegal, and for which the structure will be flagged to the relevant authorities.

Posizione centrale, monolocale spazioso.
