Subject: Urgent: Unsatisfactory Experience at StayVista Aaranya Villa Hyderabad (Booking ID: 1202102)
Dear Booking.com Support Team,
I am writing to inform you about a highly disappointing and unacceptable experience during my recent stay at StayVista Aaranya Villa Hyderabad (Booking ID: 1202102) from 1st to 2nd September 2025.
The issues we faced include:
Mice infestation:** We discovered mice inside the villa upon check-in, which is completely unacceptable and poses serious health and safety risks.
Electrical failure:** The electricity failed shortly after check-in and remained non-functional for a prolonged period, with no action taken by the on-site team despite multiple requests for assistance.
Breakfast service:** The listing advertised breakfast, but none was provided. The two caretakers on-site were untrained and clueless about preparing breakfast, forcing us to cook our own meals.
Swimming pool:** The pool was not suitable for use at all. Despite multiple requests for cleaning, the staff completely ignored the issue, leaving the pool dirty and unusable.
These problems severely disrupted our plans, compromised our safety, and deprived us of basic amenities and comfort. As a result, we had no choice but to leave the property prematurely. I have already contacted StayVista support requesting a full refund, but I wanted to also bring these issues to your attention, as they reflect poorly on the platform’s standards and the property listed.
I would appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to prevent future guests from experiencing similar problems. Additionally, please advise on the next steps regarding my refund.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter.
