Makarem Burj Al Madinah

A wonderful stay in Madinah! The hotel is ideally located within close proximity to the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for prayers for women and men. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and particularly well suited to families with children and young adults of different ages, giving everyone plenty of room. The housekeeping was genuinely the best we have experienced in Madinah. The attention to detail and standard of cleanliness were very good throughout our stay. Housekeeping staff were respectful and polite always. Nothing was ever too much trouble All the staff were polite, welcoming and accommodating. We arrived much earlier than the official check-in time and were delighted that the hotel was able to arrange check-in approximately eight hours early for a small additional charge, which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a variety of quality food, with plenty of choice for everyone. The only thing to bear in mind is that the breakfast area can become quite busy closer to closing time, so I would recommend going earlier. Overall, a lovely experience and a hotel we would happily return to and recommend, especially for families visiting Madinah.

The shower pressure is weak.

From the start to finish, the attention to detail is amazing, modern, clean. Food was good. Close to everything, easy access to mosque.
