The location was good. Nice views of the sea (and lighthouse) Comfortable seating in the kitchen area.
The bathroom window would not shut, so on the first night, when there was a gale blowing, the wind was strong enough to make all the doors rattle. There were no instructions on how to set up the television. The blinds were sticky to use.

Perfect for the weekend away, just what we needed, and location was brilliant for the coastal amenities and views of the sea.
The only things that the property was lacking was a mirror in the bathroom and bed was not the most of sturdy, worried a bit when you turned over in your sleep,

Location is excellent, less than 2 mins walk to the seafront and five minutes into Cromer. I managed to street park but there is also a long stay carpark nearby.
The flat itself is spacious and I was happy with the facilities for cooking, TV etc. The shower had hot water and good pressure and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Getting into the property and checking out went smoothly as Sam provided clear instructions.
If I was being really picky freshening up the paintwork would be good and there was no mirror in the bathroom.

The space, the proximity to the apartment.
The cobwebs in all the rooms, the damp, though obviously treated is awful to look at and given that both my partner and I have breathing conditions is poor as well as aesthetically worrying. There was no fire plan in the room, no fire doors (there was a large gap all around the main door to the apartment, no doors were marked as fire doors)despite the large windows in all the rooms there was no identifiable means of escape should a fire start in the stairwell. The windows need looking at as they were heavy and difficult to open/close. The shower door was dangerous- only held on by the 2 top runners and one side came off the runner when the door was opened. The towel rail had been partially removed leaving 1 bracket on the wall - dangerous, especially if we had little children around. The fan was filthy with dust and bits all over it and didn't work properly. The blinds were difficult to open/close/lower and had to be shut by manually moving the shutter to the closed position. No space to hang damp towels except over shower. The toilet was far too high off the floor for a person of average height. The main light in the lounge area does not work so a table lamp had to be used. The carpets were badly stained throughout. Despite there apparently being free WiFi there was no indication of the WiFi or its pass key to enable use. The tv had already connected to the WiFi prior to our visit.
