Struttura inadeguata, i proprietari ci hanno spento il riscaldamento, pessima accessibilità

A qualche centinaio di metri dal centro del paese e dalla partenza della funivia del Cermis

Il monolocale è freddo e molto umido, è fornito di deumidificatore estremamente rumoroso, quindi quando si è dentro l'alloggio in pratica bisogna spegnerlo. Nei tre giorni di soggiorno ha prodotto circa tre litri di condensa. La percezione appena si entra (forse per l'umidità) è di freddo e la prima sera abbiamo acceso il riscaldamento che ha funzionato, anche se il termostato è bloccato sui 20 gradi. le successive due sere accendendo il termostato (con la lucina accesa) i termosifoni non sono partiti, mentre l'acqua sanitaria veniva calda, segno evidente che alla caldaia era stato disabilitata la parte riscaldamento. La struttura ha una altezza da pavimento a soffitto di circa 2,30 metri e dubito fortemente che possa essere stata data l'abitabilità quando la legge prevede almeno 2,70 metri (https://geoportale.sportellounicodigitale.it/GisMasterWebClienti/001028/GisMasterData/Doc/Nta/VarianteStrutturale9/NtaArtIII.c.2.htm). L'accessibilità è veramente scarsa tra la strada e il cancello c'è un "sentiero" in breccia in pendenza quindi poco praticabile e poi delle scale esterne molto ripide e questo non è citato nella descrizione dell'alloggio. Il letto è incastrato nel suo spazio tanto che solo un parte è accessibile e l'altro per coricarsi deve attraversare sopra il letto. La parte notte non ha abat jour o simili e non ha nemmeno un interruttore per spegnere la luce. La luce e la cappa aspirante sopra i fuochi non sono collegati elettricamente quindi i fornelli di sera sono in ombra. La struttura viene descritta al civico 10 mentre in realtà è al civico 6 (questo da immagini false su google street wiew) inducendo in errore chi deve prenotare.
