☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls
☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels
☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins
If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores!
☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest who booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
For your safety, we have exterior cameras that record audio and video only when motion is detected.

We had a great time! Ali was a great host and super responsive. The house had everything a large family could need and the private beach access made this place even more desirable. I don’t think it’s listed but there is also a free shuttle to the beach just across the street from the cottage (we didn’t figure this out till the last day). Also, the private beach only allows umbrellas so no canopy’s or tents allowed. We will definitely be booking again!

Great house, great location for our family of 12! (6 adults and 6 kids-12 and under). Easy 10 min or less walk through Gulf Place to get to a MUCH less crowded beach. 6 min walk to a nice pool. Thank you to our host- we had everything we needed!

I loved that we were able to walk to the beach or walk and get some ice cream.. i want to say that the host was great, they answered my question and also was on top of getting us what we needed. Our family will be booking this home again.
