Our house is situated in a quiet, nature-rich location right in the Obernberg Valley and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The two vacation apartments—one on the first floor and one on the upper floor—are ideal for families, friends, or groups who want to experience the beauty of the Alps while enjoying the peace and quiet.
Vacation Apartment 2 – Ground Floor (2 Bedrooms):
This comfortable ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It features two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a separate restroom. Ideal for couples and small families.
Note: This apartment houses the central boiler room (wood-burning heating) for the entire building. During the winter months, the owner comes by once a day to start the heating.

Right from your doorstep, you can set out on numerous hikes and excursions that lead you to breathtaking viewpoints and alpine pastures. In summer, the green meadows and mountain streams invite you to take relaxing walks, while in winter, the snow-covered slopes are perfect for skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing.
