This charming vacation rental spans 54 m² and accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for families or friends. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building. The Watzi vacation rental features a bright bedroom with a double bed. The living room is furnished with a cozy sleeper sofa (140 cm wide, fold-out, and with a real mattress)—just one simple step, and a comfortable, made-up bed is ready. The spacious dining area is perfect for spending evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want: you’ll find everything you need for cooking, including a stove, an oven with a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Another highlight is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the private terrace, you can even enjoy a partial view of the Watzmann. Outdoor furniture is also provided here to make your stay even more enjoyable. Wi-Fi and a parking space in the underground garage (max. clearance height 1.95 m) are available.

My initial impression was good. The home is in an ok area. As we settled in we found there was room for improvement. The beds were very noisy anytime you moved, nonstick pans were old and stained.
It was close to Legoland and grocery shopping was convenient.
