This spacious vacation rental for up to 5 people is located on the first floor of a recently renovated house. The house stands on a spacious lot that was once a nursery and is situated close to nature near the lagoon.

The spacious ground-floor apartment (130 m²) features a large living-dining-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a light-filled veranda with a dining set, and a large terrace (25 m²). An additional sleeping area is located in a separable section in front of the veranda.

At “Haus unter den Eichen,” we offer two large, modern, and high-quality furnished vacation apartments in a natural setting on the expansive grounds of a former nursery. The house was completely renovated in 2023.

Up to 5 people can spend their vacation on the first floor (130 m²), and up to 7 people on the upper floor (125 m²) across two levels, in a child- and family-friendly environment. Friendly pets are also welcome.

Both apartments feature large terraces, each with a dining table, lounge chairs, and a grill. On the upper-floor terrace (17 m²), you can enjoy breakfast in the sun; later in the day, two oak trees provide welcome shade. The ground-floor terrace (25 m²) gets sunlight starting in the early afternoon.

Shaded parking spaces for several cars are available on the property right next to the house. The kitchens and building systems are state-of-the-art, and the basement has radiant floor heating. Behind the house, on a spacious property, you’ll find the stables and barns of the former nursery, fruit trees, and a wooded area—ideal for explorers of all ages.
