This is for the well-being of the tenants who will follow you. Ashtrays are located in the cupboard under the sink, and a picnic table is available for smoking outside. No cigarette butts on the ground in the courtyard or in front of our gate, thank you in advance. Out of respect for your hosts, please wash and put away your dirty dishes. The cleaning fee does not include this service; an additional charge applies. A cleaning fee will be charged if the dishes are not dried and put away. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, in accordance with Airbnb's kind requests. The studio is attached to our house; there are no keys to collect beforehand. The roller shutter on the French doors allows you to close the studio when you wish to leave. The studio is located opposite the gate, where the picnic table is. I will give you the gate code the day before. This way, you can access the studio independently. With this code, the gate opens in pedestrian mode (halfway). To go back out and open the gate when you are inside the courtyard, there is a Gray switch to the right of the gate. Press for at least 5 seconds to open. There are parking spaces 🚙 all along the street a little further up. Please park only in the spaces marked with white lines on the ground and not on the sidewalk of the neighbors across the street.
