A warm “Grüß Gott” to everyone seeking relaxation here in beautiful Chiemgau! We, the Kirchmaier family, welcome you to our vacation farm right on the shores of picturesque Lake Chiemsee. For many years, vacationers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A vacation at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by the nature of idyllic Chiemgau, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers plenty of adventures on the farm and with our various animals—especially for our younger guests. Whatever we take on, we do with passion: That’s why we’re currently expanding our vacation farm and setting up new luxury vacation apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cozy farm café for our guests. We’d love to share the unique location of our farm—right on the shores of Lake Chiemsee—with our guests. With 60 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 4 people to relax, enjoy life, and spend time together during your well-deserved vacation. The tasteful, color-coordinated furnishings of the vacation apartment, combined with the high-quality real wood finishes, create a special sense of harmony. The stylishly designed living and dining area invites you to unwind. The modern bathroom offers a completely relaxing atmosphere with its floor-level rain shower and heated towel rack.
