This quiet and lovingly furnished accommodation stands out for its location, small garden, and covered terrace.
The apartment has its own parking space.
The real highlight is the Kaiser Mountains. No matter the season, the view of the valley or the peaks is always a treat. To the south lies the mountain panorama; to the north of the house is a swimming lake.
The Sonnkaiser Residence offers relaxation at the proverbial “highest level.”
The ground-floor apartment is located at the “Grafenburg,” a historic building dating from the turn of the century. The small village of Mühlbach is part of Kiefersfelden, just a few kilometers away. Oberaudorf is within walking distance and offers shopping, excellent medical care, as well as restaurants and pubs. Whether for hiking or biking trips or simply to unwind, the SONNKAISER Residence has it all.
This charming 75-square-meter apartment with a separate entrance is accessed via a small courtyard. A bench and table invite you to enjoy the afternoon sun. The bedroom, featuring a queen-size four-poster bed, is located in the historic part of the “Grafenburg.” Adjacent to it is a bathroom with a tub, shower, and infrared sauna.
Through a hallway—past the guest restroom—you enter the open-concept living area. If you want an unobstructed view of the “Kaiser” while cooking, this is the place for you. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. A sofa arrangement is ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking. From here, two French doors lead out to the terrace. Under a glass roof, there is a table that seats six. The view of the Kaiserreich is always breathtaking. A small fenced-in garden rounds out the experience.
