Fully renovated apartment in Florence.
A 15-minute walk from the historic center. A 10-minute walk from Campo di Marte Station. 10 minutes by taxi from the airport.
Please note that upon arrival, there will be a charge of 5€ per person for bath and shower towels and bed linens.
Check-in after 8:00 incurs a €20 surcharge, and after 11:30 p.m., a €50 surcharge.

A fully renovated apartment located just outside the historic center.
It is located on a private street on the second and top floor (no elevator) of a small building.
It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, a living room, and a small balcony.
Air conditioning and heating.
Guest access
The apartment is entirely at the guest’s disposal. The guest will have exclusive use of all areas of the apartment.
Other things to note
Check-in after 8:00 PM incurs a surcharge of 20 euros, and 50 euros after 10:30 PM. And after 2:00 a.m., the fee is €80

Nice apartment for a weekend stay in Florence with my family. It's about a 30 minute walk to the Duomo and central area. Excellent communication with the owner. Make sure you use download the WhatsApp beforehand as this is his primary source for communication. The apartment itself is very clean and nicely decorated. We would stay here again.
