Very disappointing and definitely not value for money! Check-in was a saga and a complete disaster. We were instructed to collect the keys from an office, only to find that they had decided to close early. We were then sent elsewhere to collect the keys, as the apartment was not even in the same building. Finding the apartment itself was another challenge. An unnecessarily stressful and exhausting start to our stay. The entrance to the apartment building was on a very busy street, and the entrance and stairwell were pitch black, with no lighting at all. The doors were also extremely difficult to open without proper instructions or guidance. The apartment was poorly cleaned and in desperate need of freshening up. The lounge TV was purely decorative, as it did not work. To make matters worse, toilet paper was supposed to be included during our stay, yet when we raised the issue, we were told that they did not provide room service and were advised to go out and buy our own. This was disappointing, as providing toilet paper is a basic expectation when it is stated as included during the stay. There is a nightclub directly beneath the apartment, as well as a bar that stays open all night, making the location far from ideal for anyone wanting a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Between the chaotic check-in, poor cleanliness, lack of basic facilities and noise from the nightlife below, this apartment was certainly not value for money.

Location was perfect for our travels. Had everything we needed.

10 / 10

Easy to check in to the apartment. It had a physical key which I actually preferred to the digital code entry. The apartment was clean and well appointed. I liked having a washing machine in the unit as well. The apartment was in a great location and I was able to walk to so many sites from the apartment. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. I liked the balconies and the AC was separate in the room and the living area which was great.
