Not worth the money

Modern looking with plenty of room

Too many broken things and not enough maintenance , pillows weren’t acceptable

Amazing spot to explore the Algarve.

Great pool, modern clean house well located. It had great amenities.

Poor pool water quality and customer service

The house is beautiful, with high quality kitchen and furniture, and the interior was very clean when we arrived

1) Swimming pool: Poor water quality in the swimming pool, and management’s very poor response to this when we complained. We reported high volume of particles in the water. We reported this after a week. We were told that the pool had been cleaned each Monday. However we were there all day on the Monday and didn’t see anyone cleaning the pool. The management ignored this, so we purchased a test kit because we were still unhappy. On day 10 of our 15 days I insisted that there was a problem, and told them that the ph level was at least 6.8 (the test kit’s minimum reading) which is too low. They said they would have “the pool man” there that afternoon or latest the next morning. Nobody came. The next day I asked when he would be there and was just ignored. He finally arrived on day 14 of our holiday. I also pointed out that the chlorine level was so low that it didn’t register on the test (when the pool guy finally came it did register). 2) Customer service: See point 1. Responses were just not tourist-focussed. Also, on our first day there was nobody to meet us at the agreed time, and no instructions. We agreed to be there between 4 and 5pm. At 5:10 I started calling. After 10 minutes they called me back, saying that someone would be there in 20 minutes. When we cane back 20 minutes later it took another 10 minutes before someone arrived. This should have been a red flag! 3) Sunbeds: There were just 2 sunbeds for 4 of us. I called them about this, but they said that was all there is. We went and bought our own cushions to lie on the ground (Note: we have date-stamped video evidence of all tests made on pool)
