Buena ubicación, pero demasiados inconvenientes

La ubicación es uno de los puntos fuertes del apartamento. Está muy cerca de la playa, en una zona tranquila y de ambiente familiar, ideal si se busca descansar y tener el mar a pocos pasos. También nos gustó especialmente el balcón: poder desayunar viendo el mar es, sin duda, uno de los mejores detalles del alojamiento. La cocina y el baño están renovados y son las estancias que encontramos más actuales y agradables del apartamento.

La gestión de la llegada fue bastante deficiente. Recibimos un WhatsApp indicando únicamente «las llaves se recogen aquí» seguido de una ubicación de Google Maps, sin advertir que la recogida era en Salobreña y no en Torrenueva. Es cierto que no abrimos la ubicación hasta llegar, pero creemos que debería indicarse expresamente cuando hay que desplazarse a otra localidad. Además, intentamos contactar varias veces con la agencia sin respuesta. Al regresar descubrimos que nuestra plaza de garaje, situada a un par de calles del apartamento, estaba ocupada. La agencia reconoció el error y nos compensó con 50 €, cantidad que efectivamente recibimos. El apartamento tampoco nos pareció especialmente pulcro. Para cuatro noches había solo una toalla mediana por persona y medio rollo de papel higiénico. Los colchones de muelles nos resultaron antiguos e incómodos, las almohadas muy bajas y el aire acondicionado está únicamente en el salón; las tres habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo. Parte del mobiliario también necesita mantenimiento. Lo peor fueron los continuos cortes de electricidad. En varias ocasiones se iba la corriente y teníamos que bajar y subir los interruptores del cuadro para recuperarla. Al hacerlo se encendían automáticamente las luces de los ventiladores de las habitaciones, incluso en mitad de la noche. Terminamos controlando qué aparatos utilizábamos simultáneamente para intentar evitar nuevos cortes. En conjunto, demasiados inconvenientes para una estancia de cuatro noches y una experiencia por debajo de lo esperado.

La ubicación, al lado de la playa. Las vistas al mar. Estar al lado de la pasarela colgante. Tener parking. Muy cerca pequeño súper con todo lo necesario. Tranquilidad.
